What French Twist Couture has been up to this past week:

So much going on! Had a custom order for a tissue box cover and I, (Sallie) decided to make an apron to list in the French Twist Couture Etsy Shop:

Girls Day Results

On Labor Day, Caryn, Brittany and I (Sallie..the mother-in-law) had an afternoon to ourselves and we had a blast. Got some of Caryns ribbons wrapped on cards and she arranged them so cutely on a little shelf unit that sits on her work space. She had a very productive work day and finished several things. Brittany and I only made one thing, but we had so much fun visiting, snacking on cheese, apples, triscuts and skinny cow cheese wedges, tuna sandwiches, and chocolate cake.

This is the lovely baby headband that Brittany Designed:

It's so pretty with the different blues. The feather makes it look so soft and sweet. She has such a good eye for putting the colors together to coordinate just right.

And this is the one thing I worked on between laughing, snacking, and visiting with the girls: It's a 5x7 card, blank inside, with a handmade envelope. I love the chic grunge look. Love this Red and Black with just the right touch of animal print. If only I had a little grand-daughter to wear it.....:) ! 

This is the only one she made that is up for grabs. All the others she made were custom orders, but I wanted to show them today on the blog.

Oh My Word! This is my favorite one of the day! This is just Beautiful. I love the baby beanies.

This Pink and Black headband is very pretty. She also made a similar in Black and White for the same customer who ordered them for her grand-daughters.

I think we did well for our first "work day" together. We'll be doing this at least once a week. I am looking forward to our girl days!
